Information request

When booking through Campingsclick Booking System, we will ask you to fill out an online form with the following information: name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card information (credit card type, number , CVC code, expiration date, cardholder name, etc..). This information is required to process your request, conduct and close your booking (including sending an e-mail Booking confirmation).

Disclosure of Personal Information

We will only disclose your name, your contact information and your credit card information to the campsite where the booking is made, as this is strictly necessary to make your reservation request. Exceptionally, we will do with legally required disclosures, criminal investigations, court orders in which we can be obliged by law to do so.

Also we will show in the campsite information page in our website and other social platforms owned or controlled, managed or offered (in whole or in part) by us or our partners, your opinions, valuations or comments by filling out the form that we will send you after your departure of the campsite of any of your reservations, with the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of campsite.

Protecting your privacy and your credit card information

In Campingsclick protect correctly the privacy and confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with European legislation on data protection, strict security procedures Campingsclick.com are intended to prevent misuse and unauthorized access to personal data.

Your credit card information is not stored on our servers, this information is delivered to the campsite during the booking process and is not even temporarily stored in our databases. This information is kept in volatile memory of your computer while the session is open and, as you just make your reservation, these data are deleted. So is the campsite who is responsible for your use of these data.

Control your data

Whenever you want to review your data will be free to do so, you only have to contact campingsclick by phone or by sending an email to [email protected] with the following subject: request personal data.

Similarly, if your personal data are incorrect you can ask us at any time modify them. You can also ask us to delete them just sending us an email to the previous email address.

Sending emails

You will receive an email confirmation once the process is completed. We recommend that you print this email and present it to your entry into the campsite. Moreover, after your stay at the campsite, we will also send you another e-mail inviting you to complete the review form. This report is loaded into the campsite information page of our website and other social platforms owned or controlled, managed or offered (in whole or in part) by us or our partners with the sole purpose of informing (future ) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of campsite.
